Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Canada (Domestic Shipping)
- Standard Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on location
- Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days
United States (Cross-Border)
- Free Shipping on orders $125 CAD and over
- Standard International Shipping: $20 CAD for orders under $125 CAD
- Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days
- Note: Prices displayed in USD at checkout will be automatically converted from CAD
Local Pickup Free local pickup is available at our location: 403 Quebec Avenue, Toronto, ON
Pickup hours and instructions will be provided in your order confirmation email. Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID when picking up.
International Duties & Taxes For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
